Ronnie Deutsch Finalist for SWEL Award
Ronnie Deutsch, a nationally recognized professional tax corporation, became a finalist for the 2009 Sacramento Workplace Excellence Leader Award.
The professional tax corporation has expanded from being a one-woman firm in 1991 into a 150-employee corporation in 2009. As the firm grew, Ronnie Deutsch’s human resources department had gone on to improve the benefits offered by the company. Along with traditional benefits such as health insurance and 401K matching, the firm offers its employees wellness benefits including onsite Weight Watchers meetings and community volunteer opportunities for the entire year. Ronnie Deutsch also takes her employees as well as their families to several professional sporting events and to Sunsplash Water Park.
Ronnie Deutsch congratulated all the SWEL Award winners and took note of the excellent service offered by every winning company to the employees. She also expressed how great an honor it was being chosen by her own employees as a finalist for the relevant and prestigious award.
